Cancellation terms:
There is no charge for cancellations up to 60 days before arrival.
A charge of 70% of the total amount will be applied to cancellations of up to 30 days before arrival. A charge of 90% of the total amount will be applied to cancellations of up to 7 days before arrival.
If your government issues a travel warning for our region, or if it is not possible to arrive at the travel time due to a lockdown, or if the ski area is closed due to Covid19, a free cancellation is possible. In the case of a corona disease of the arriving people as well as in youe family, we ask you to contact us.
Payment methods:
Please note that currently only cash payments can be accepted. The cash machine is just a few metres away from Gästehaus Nassfeld.
Deposit:
To confirm your booking, please pay a deposit of 20% of the total amount no later than one week after your booking. The remaining amount is due on the day of arrival.
Cancellation insurance:
Unfortunately, it does happen that a holiday must be cancelled. We recommend taking out Cancellation insurance.
